I'm keen on micro music reviews as I briefly explained in my post about Musebin, as the importance of lengthy detailed reviews has declined significantly, primarily because of social sharing. Blippr, a another web app for micro music reviews can help you engage your fans, receive feedback, and help other music enthusiasts discover your music. While Blippr provides nice social sharing, saving and tagging features, their music catalog is limited and I'm not a fan of all the advertising, but they do have a great interface. At this time though, I think Musebin has the advantage as it's solely focused on music, but Blippr does offer more advanced community features. Regardless of which service your prefer, these are great tools for artist/fan engagement.
